At Appliance Parts Masters, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@appliancepartsmasters.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical parts or items that have been installed or used cannot be returned.

  • Custom-ordered or special-order parts are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or shipped in error.
