Returns
You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@appliancepartsmasters.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
Electrical parts or items that have been installed or used cannot be returned.
Custom-ordered or special-order parts are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or shipped in error.
